This app is meant for analyzing and graphing complete options positions.

1) Choose an option by going to "Option Chain" (the third choice)

2) Enter a ticker symbol (e.g. AAPL) and press the "Option Chain" button

3) You can now see the entire option chain for the selected stock. Scroll up or down to find the option you are interested in.

4) An option has been chosen.

Alternatively, one can skip stages 2 & 3 and just enter the Option Details directly

Please remember to update:

Quantity (how many options are used. This should be a positive number for long option positions or a negative number for short option positions.

"Risk Free Rate" (on the bottom of the screen)

5) Once the user presses on "Get Volatility and Populate Calculator", the App will get all the option and underlying stock parameters, and calculate the implied volatility

6) One can now:

a) Calculate the options fair value and Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega and Rho)

b) Graph the option

c) Add it to the Portfolio

Notes: the App uses the Black Scholes model which is only an approximation to "American style" options.

Dividend yields are used rather than discrete "lumpy" dividends
